  • Our decking boards are delivered on solid pallets to ensure safe transport. Please note that unloading will require several people to safely remove the boards from the delivery van.
  • When receiving the parcel from the courier, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the package. Make sure that all boards are intact and in accordance with the order. In the event of any damage, please take photos immediately and write a damage report with the courier. This will facilitate the complaint process.
  • Also remember to always order a little more boards than the measurements indicate. The extra allowance will allow for any cutting and damage during installation.
  • For the best results, we recommend ordering a mounting system compatible with our decking boards. This will ensure easy and quick assembly and maximum structural stability.
